DMCA Policy for Bbq Menus

Bbq Menus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Bbq Menus website, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below. Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from Bbq Menus.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To file a DMCA infringement notice with Bbq Menus, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material removed: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Bbq Menus may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).
